If you are traveling alone you will be assigned a roommate. If you wish to have private accommodations, a single occupancy supplement charge of $520.00 will be factored in to make that arrangement. Please be advised that there is a limited number of single occupancy positions available.

Travelers With Disabilities
Participants requiring any form of assistance are required to notify Laurie’s Irish Tours in writing at the time of making your reservation, and must be cleared “fit for travel” according to the trip outline, before your spot will be reserved. You must also be accompanied by an individual who is responsible for providing any additional services required.
Please inform us below of any disabilities so that we may better accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Policy
At no time will your deposit be refunded. Up until 6 week before the date of departure, you will be entitled to 60% refund less your deposit. 4 weeks, you will receive a 30% refund less your deposit. After one week, no refunds of any kind will be issued. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Voluntary cancellations due to political instability, acts of terrorism, government intervention or US State Department warning will be subject to the above policy, provided the tour is deemed able to continue. Should Laurie’s Irish Tours elect to cancel a departure for any of these reasons, every effort will be made to obtain a total refund from suppliers, however we cannot provide guarantees on their behalf.

Cost and Fees
Your total payment for regular tours, includes airfare, pick up/drop off at airport, daily guided tours with a driver, all hotel accommodations with breakfast, entrance fees into all heritage sites, boat trip fees to Aran Islands, historical information on all sites visited, and photographic tuition (travel with Joe Ormonde, one of Ireland’s top landscape photographers)
If for ANY reason you are not there to meet the group at the airport at the designated group bus departure time, meeting up with the tour group will be at your expense.
All final payments are due in full 6 weeks prior to date of departure, or you risk the forfeit of your place on the tour, with only a partial refund.
All rates are per person in U.S. dollars, based on occupancy of 2 or more persons, and are subject to change. If you are traveling alone you will be assigned a roommate. Luggage Agreement
Luggage should be limited to one (1) checked piece of luggage, and one (1) small personal bag such as a backpack, purse, etc. This is do-able. Please check with the airlines for weight and dimension restrictions. Limiting our luggage is necessary due to the logistics once we arrive . No exceptions please. If you are wanting to bring a musical instrument, you must obtain prior approval. Laurie’s Irish Tours will not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage/personal items. All damage/loss must be reported at time of incident and documented in writing by local authority for submission to any insurance company you may get for your own travel.
